The participantsAnyone interested in learning can take part in the training courses or seminars at the NLP Academy in Kiel. Since these are training groups and not therapy groups, mental health is a prerequisite for participation. Registration is binding for the entire training course.

§ 1 Start and duration

The start and duration of the events, teaching locations and times can be found in the respective event program. The event program is subject to change.

§ 2 Terms of payment

The event fees are due no later than 14 days before the start of the event and must be transferred to the account provided. The participant undertakes to pay on time. The right to participate in the training or seminar only exists if the invoice amount is paid in full. For events lasting more than three months, installment payments can be agreed upon at the request of the participant. The installments are to be paid monthly in advance. An obligation to pay the event fees also exists if the class is not attended or only partially attended.

§ 3 Non-implementation

If there are not enough registrations for an event, or if the event cannot be held due to circumstances beyond the control of the Academy, the Academy is not obliged to hold the event. The registered participants will be informed of the non-holding of the event in good time before the planned start of the event.

§ 4 Withdrawal

Withdrawal from the contract is possible up to 14 days after registration. If you withdraw in writing up to 4 weeks before the start of the event, 50 percent of the total fees are due, unless a replacement participant is made available (possible up to the start of the event). In individual cases, fees may be waived. Rebookings to other dates can also be made up to 4 weeks before the start of the training/seminar.

Rebookings can only be made once; the 14-day right of cancellation after rebooking is excluded.

§ 5 Rejection and exclusion of participants

The NLP Academy Kiel is entitled to refuse participants from the seminar or training without giving reasons. In this case, fees already paid will be refunded in full. Participants who repeatedly disrupt the course of the event or misuse the event or sell third-party products can be excluded from further participation. In this case, the fee must be paid in full.

§ 6 Termination

The first time a contract can be terminated in writing is 6 months after the start of the event, with a notice period of six weeks. Legal provisions regarding extraordinary termination remain unaffected.

§ 7 Data protection

The participant agrees to the electronic storage of his/her data. The data will not be passed on to third parties.

§ 8 Anti-Scientology Declaration

The NLP Academy Kiel hereby declares that we do not use L. Ron Hubbard's technology to conduct our training, education and courses. Neither management nor trainers may belong to the Scientology movement. This declaration applies to sects of any kind.

§ 9 Miscellaneous

Additional agreements must be made in writing. Should individual agreements or the general terms and conditions as a whole be or become invalid, the invalid agreements will be replaced by legally valid agreements that come closest to the invalid one(s). In case of doubt, the currently valid version of the German Civil Code always applies. The place of performance and jurisdiction for the NLP Academy Kiel is Kiel.
